This catalytic community development, once the grand home of the Horlick Malted Milk Company, is a mix of residential, commercial and hospitality use.  J. Jeffer’s debut 60-unit apartment building is full of historic charm and modern amenities and Brothers interiors worked closely with the Jeffer’s team to furnish the leasing office, leasing lounge – to include a wall graphic – along with the first/second floor commons area,  and lower/upper atrium.  We provided the outdoor furniture befitting of the Arabella’s historic setting.
