The Milwaukee Bucks – Froedtert & MCW Sports Science Center

The Milwaukee Bucks finds itself in the midst of a Once in a Generation Construction Boom. Beginning with an ownership transition in 2014, the Bucks have embarked on a 10 year development plan to re-develop their Home Arena and Training Center along with additional development to include residential, hospitality and retail.

Brothers Interiors was chosen as the Official Furniture Dealer of the organization beginning in the summer of 2015 as they began construction on their New Arena and Downtown Training Center.

The Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Science Center, the Bucks new Downtown Training Center, opened in July of 2017. Brothers Interiors provided all free standing furniture within this 60,000 square foot facility. Working in collaboration with the Design Team from Project Architect Esppstein Uhen, Brothers specified and installed products from 18 furniture manufacturers to support the many unique areas within the facility.

Furniture in the Sports Science Center needed to be customized to support users of all sizes. Players Lounge and Coaches areas were built to accommodate players from 5 ½ feet to 7 ½ feet tall. Have an extensive portfolio of furniture providers allowed our design team to find the right fit for a professional basketball players. With the Front Office and Basketball Operation staff inhabiting the 2nd Floor, unique solutions were required for many needs as well. Flexible and large scale collaboration space was uniquely designed to support the constantly changing nature of a high powered NBA Front office
